What to wear for a tulip field photoshoot

I get it, you are planning your visit to the tulip fields and you want to have the perfect photo. And then the question is, what should I wear? Here you will discover my 5 tips on what to wear and the reason why for each of them. Keep reading!

For her:

I will start first with the colour palette sinc it is the most asked question. Tulips can be any color, from white to even the darkest tone that is a deep purple. This means, you can be in a field with yellow, red, white colour and that meakes a bit more difficult the colour scheme. The safe game is to choose soft neutral tones that will match with any tulip.

Something that adds a lot of dramatism to the photo is movement of the outfit. If you can, choose an outfit with a light fabric so you will get more dynamic pictures.

When I first visited the tulip fields 5 years I go I tought a log incredible dress would be the best, surprise; it was not. We do not step into the field but we are standing next to it and from the compositio point of view a long dress it is not the best. The tulips do arrive easily to 25cm to 45 cm so my advice is to wear dreses above the ankle or knee long dresses.

For him:

For photoshoot I do recommend to choose a clean, formal but still comfortable clothes from your closet. Just stay away from shirts or t-shirts with a big brand logo on it. Cardigans or overshirts are a good idea, but really my advice is to choose a colour palette and do not think you need to buy new clothes just for the shoot.
